Margaret Baggott is a fibers artist whose work comes from the idea of zero-waste. She is constantly creating and trying new techniques with scrap materials or supplies that others would have discarded. She works mostly with yarn as a weaver, knitter, and crocheter but also works with fabric making collages. She collects materials that are often second hand or the "waste" from other projects of her own. Her work finds the beauty, the oddity, or the truth through an old adage--waste not, want not.
